OCM Logistic LLC was established in 2004. The head office and warehouses are located in Wólka Okopska, (woj. lubelskie, pow. Chełmski) near the Polish-Ukrainian border, by the National road 12/European road 373 leading to Dorohusk/Ягодин border checkpoint. At the beginning of its activities, the company was dealing with a wide range of logistic services, such as road and railway freight forwarding, trans-shipment of goods, customs services, storage of goods and biomasses and pellet fuel trade.

Nowadays, we specialize in customs and warehouse services. Our company guarantees a professional and comprehensive service for the collection, handling and storage of goods (we may: consolidate, pack/re-pack, segregate, pallet/de-pallet and label pieced goods). We offer a Shipping and Customs Warehouse and a Temporary Customs Storage at your disposal.

We have a large maneuvering area, weighing scale for trucks and a 24/7 attended car park (free to our customers). We provide trans-shipment services for various goods (including use of the crane). Additionally, we provide friendly facilities for drivers with an access to a WIFI network.

We make customs clearances of Community and non-Community goods with simplified procedures – quick and without the need of presence of a customs officer. Full customs service is provided on site by WESTANA ENTERPRISE LLC, a company which employs licensed agents with several years of professional experience.

Customs clearances:

- Exports (simplified procedure) – we can omit putting the customs seals, we can issue certificates of origin and provide EUR1 certificates

- Imports (simplified procedure) – we can secure customs duties and taxes if needed, we can also use the postponement of VAT

- Transit with use of T1 or TIR (we can open and close it using simplified procedure)

- We provide advice and assistance in conducting all sorts of issues related to customs clearance. We can prepare motions and appeals from decisions of the customs authorities for our clients. We can pass documents and various dispositions to drivers crossing borders on behalf of shippers.
